77vv is an online gaming platform operating in Bangladesh. By registering on this platform or using any of its services, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3.5 Third-Party Payments

Only transact using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. However, if you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus is ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or abuse is found, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• 77vv reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

77vv is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our games are operated using independently verified software and all outcomes are completely random.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to operate games.
• Attempting to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Using fraudulent methods against other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or system error.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in a game, 77vv reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or a game is not completed according to the applicable rules, the stake may be refunded.

6.2 Market Definitions

Each market will be settled according to its own rules. In the event of any dispute, 77vv's decision will be considered final. As a common example: in a Bangladesh vs India match, you can place a bet on either team in the "Match Winner" market.

6.3 Misconduct & Suspicious Activity

If match fixing or suspicious betting patterns are identified, 77vv reserves the right to void the relevant bets and investigate the account.

77vv's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback offer applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity on the platform. Cashback payments are at 77vv's discretion and are subject to change.

15.1 Entire Agreement
